Darlene Natale brings years of professional journalism and communication experience. Her newswriting, feature writing and photography have appeared in The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Butler Eagle, Atlantic Racquet Press and La Dolce Vita.

At 麻豆社区P she teaches journalism and mass communication courses and advises the Pine Needle student newspaper.

Before joining 麻豆社区P, Darlene was an instructor at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Her research interests include rhetoric (propaganda and persuasion, demagoguery), parasocial engagement and media history. Her dissertation was titled 鈥淩ecognition and Perceptions of Native Advertising in Media.鈥�
