General Requirements:
The State ID card is issued by the . This card does not allow an individual to drive a car in the U.S. but may only be used as a form of identification.
International students and scholars should take the following documents to the DMV when applying for the state ID:
  • Passport
  • Visa stamp
  • Most recent Form I-94 ()
  • Fee of $14
