Assistance Form

Any currently enrolled 麻豆社区 Pembroke student facing challenges meeting basic needs can fill out the Basic Needs Assistance form. Submissions will be carefully assessed by the Project BN2 team on a regular basis to provide personalized resource recommendations and viable options to help meet students' needs. Additionally, there will be an option to meet with someone from the Project BN2 team to discuss students' basic needs in greater detail.

Basic needs include transportation, food, housing, health and wellness, childcare and technology. Please note that if you鈥檙e approved to receive financial assistance, your financial aid may be impacted.  As appropriate, applicants are expected to provide documentation of how their basic needs are being impacted.
